On January 16, 2010, reports came in form across the metropolitan area of citizens of all ages becoming unconscious and/or unresponsive at number of public areas (schools, sporting events, work places, shopping malls, etc).

First Responders and local hospitals quickly became swamped with incoming patients. Quarantine Areas have started to be identified.

Representatives of the North Central Region Council have requested CERT and ARES members to assist local and state health agencies in setting up shelters for citizens living in the suspected quarantine areas who have passed the health screening, and facilitate the staging area for those citizens who have not passed the health screening as those individuals await transportation to the designated health clinics and hospitals.

This is only a drill.
